1.1 Account Information

• Email address, display name, and profile photo when you sign up or sign in (via email or Google Sign-In).
• Authentication identifiers managed securely by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC).

1.2 Content You Create or Upload

• Text prompts, scripts, images, audio, and video files you upload or generate on the platform.
• Project data such as scenes, captions, voiceovers, and editing settings.

1.3 Connected Social Media Accounts (Optional)

If you choose to connect your YouTube (Google), Facebook, or TikTok account to publish videos directly from Spacereel, we collect and store, with your explicit consent via each platform's OAuth flow:

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for the connected platform.
• Basic profile information of the connected account (channel/page/profile name and avatar) so you can identify which account is linked.

1.4 Payment Information

• Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and/or PaySolution). We do not store your full card number or banking credentials on our servers.
• We keep records of transactions (plan, amount, date, status) for billing and accounting purposes.

1.5 Usage & Technical Data

• Log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps.
• Aggregated analytics about feature usage to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Spacereel platform and generate the media you request.
• To publish videos to your connected social media accounts only when you explicitly initiate a publish action.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and issue credits.
• To send service-related notifications (e.g., subscription expiry reminders, support ticket updates).
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private content or connected-account data for advertising purposes.

3. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

• We access YouTube data (via YouTube Data API v3) only to upload videos you created to your own channel and to display your channel name in our interface.
• We never read your YouTube watch history, subscriptions, or private data beyond what is required for uploading.
• Google user data is never transferred to third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI/ML models.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only receives the minimum data necessary to perform its function.

5. Data Retention

• Account data and content are retained while your account is active.
• Social media tokens are retained until you disconnect the account or delete your Spacereel account, after which they are permanently deleted.
• Transaction records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Access / Correction — you can view and update your profile information at any time in your account settings.
• Disconnect social accounts — you can revoke Spacereel's access at any time from the "Social Accounts" page in the app; the stored tokens are deleted immediately. You may also revoke access from the platform side: Google Security Settings, Facebook App Settings, or TikTok > Settings > Security > Apps.
• Deletion — you may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@spacereel.ai. We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
• Data portability — you can download your generated videos and content at any time from your history page.

7. Security

• All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
• API secrets are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the client.
• Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

Spacereel is operated from Thailand and uses cloud infrastructure that may store data in other countries (e.g., Google Cloud regions). By using our services, you consent to this processing. We comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and apply equivalent safeguards for users in other regions.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the website or via email.
