Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Spacereel.ai ("Spacereel", "we", "us"), available at https://www.spacereel.ai. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Spacereel is an AI-powered platform for creating videos, images, music, voiceovers, and related media. Some features consume prepaid credits or require a paid subscription. Optional features allow you to connect your own YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok accounts to publish content you created.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).

3. Your Content & License

• You retain ownership of content you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, content you generate with our tools.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service (e.g., rendering your video, publishing it to your connected account at your request).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload (images, music, likeness of persons, trademarks).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Spacereel to create or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Impersonates real persons in a deceptive or harmful manner (including misleading deepfakes);
• Spreads disinformation, spam, or malware;
• Violates the terms of the platforms you publish to (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok community guidelines).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Connected Social Media Accounts

• Connecting a social account is optional and done via each platform's official OAuth flow.
• We only perform actions you explicitly initiate (e.g., uploading a specific video to your channel).
• You can disconnect an account at any time; stored tokens are deleted immediately.
• Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms — YouTube (Terms of Service), Meta, and TikTok.

6. Payments, Credits & Subscriptions

• Prices, plans, and credit rates are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.
• Credits are consumed when generation jobs are started. Failed jobs caused by our system are automatically refunded in credits.
• Subscriptions renew per the billing cycle chosen; you may cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. Spacereel does not guarantee that generated content is free of similarity to other works.

8. Intellectual Property

The Spacereel platform, brand, and software are our property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., removal of a published video).

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Thailand.
